By using CocoDrilo, a Spanish learning app published by Ithaca Software LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Subscriptions

CocoDrilo offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium Spanish learning features.
The current price and billing period are shown in-app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
