Spaced repetition is a learning technique where vocabulary and grammar cards are shown to you at increasing intervals over time. Items you find easy appear less frequently, while ones you struggle with show up more often. This scientifically-proven method helps move knowledge from short-term to long-term memory efficiently.
Is my learning data backed up?
All of your learning progress is stored locally on your device. CocoDrilo does not use cloud sync or user accounts. If you delete the app, your progress will be lost. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your data.
I'm not receiving notifications for daily reviews
Check that notifications are enabled for CocoDrilo: go to Settings > Notifications > CocoDrilo and make sure Allow Notifications is turned on. Also confirm that Focus mode or Do Not Disturb isn't blocking alerts.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open CocoDrilo, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. All subscriptions and purchases are managed entirely through Apple. If the issue persists, please contact us.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the CocoDrilo purchase, and follow the steps to request a refund.
How do I delete my data?
CocoDrilo does not use accounts or cloud storage. All data is stored locally on your device. To delete all your learning data, simply uninstall the app. If you have any questions, feel free to email us.
Device compatibility
CocoDrilo requires iOS 18.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad. The app is optimized for iPhone but runs on iPad as well.
